We are looking for a Geospatial Data Technician where your primary focus will be creating, managing and integrating Spatial and
non-spatial datasets to help deliver Property based Geospatial Solutions as part of our growing Geospatial team.

The role will be focused on supporting GIS integrations and analysis for Property Digital Twins that are be used by our clients
for sustainability monitoring, Space utilisation, planning or asset and facilities management. You will have a passion and an
interest in solution development that combines Multisource Geospatial datasets. These include, but not limiting to Measured Survey
data, Drones, GIS and BIM to support the delivery of our 3D Property Digital Twin SaaS platform and analysis services. Experience
with implementing the latest technologies including working APIs, Realtime IoT and Building Management System Data and AI LLMS
will be desirable for this role. With access to the full Esri Enterprise GIS platform, Safe FME and the latest 2D and 3D data

Main tasks:

* Ability to create, customise, and maintain ESRI ArcGIS-based applications using the Esri Platform,. Experience with working in
a cloud native environment including Azure cloud storage and headless technologies such as Azure SQL server
* Data manipulation, integration, aggregation, editing, management, attribution and analysis tasks
* Digitising, Geocoding and Geo referencing data. To support cartographic production.
* Utilise Model Builder and FME Workbench and Server to create and automate ETL and data pipelines. •
* Use SQL create and modify spatial databases, tables, views, queries, and stored procedures in MSSQL and Postgres /PostGIS. 
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including surveyors, planners, and analysts, to understand project requirements and
translating them into technical workflows and deliverables. 
* Stay updated with the latest GIS trends and technologies, evaluating their potential applications, and recommending
improvements to enhance GIS workflows and processes.

What will it take to be successful?

We are looking for experience of using Python and associated packages, including ArcGIS Python API, Geopandas, Numpy, Matplotlib.
 You will have previous experience of Data management experience with Cloud NoSQL databases, Azure Data Lakes / MS Fabric, and
combining spatial and non-spatial data along with a knowledge of integrating Geospatial services with Microsoft Power Platform.
 If you have an understanding Open-Source GIS Cloud analytics and ETL processes and how they can be integrated with the Esri
platform this would be advantageous. 

This role would suit a self-starter who can work independently and take initiative in implementing GIS solutions. Excellent
attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously is key to the role.
