Permanent, Residential Team Leader (Full-Time) - job vacancy, Kendal, Cumbria (South Lakes Area)
Location: Kendal, Cumbria, South Lakes (commutable from Windermere, Ambleside, Grange-over-Sands, Milnthorpe, Kirkby Lonsdale, Penrith, and surrounding areas).

Benefits:
Salary: £31600 to £33400 per annun
Sleep-in: £65 per sleep, approx. £3,120/year.
Contract: Full-Time (39 hours/week) or Part-Time options.
1 sleep per week for 48 weeks a year.
Duties:
Lead and support residential care staff.
Create a safe and supportive environment for young residents.
Manage care plans, activities, and daily routines.
Ensure compliance with CQC and safeguarding regulations.
Criteria:
Level 3 Children & Young People or Children's Residential Care or equivalent.
Essential: 1+ years' experience in a residential care setting.
Car Driver Required.
Compliance
Successful applicants will be subject to pre-employment safeguarding checks including an enhanced disclosure and barring service (DBS) check.
This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974, and the employer is permitted to ask job applicants to declare all convictions and cautions (including those which are "spent" unless they are "protected" under the DBS filtering rules) in order to assess their suitability to work with children.
