About the Role:

We are currently recruiting for reliable, compassionate, and experienced Support Workers to join our growing team, providing person-centered care and support to adults living with mental health conditions and challenging behaviours. These roles are based within supported living environments in the Crewe area (CW7 & CW10).

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in promoting independence, dignity, and choice for the people we support, ensuring they live fulfilling and meaningful lives in a safe, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting adults with mental health needs and complex behaviours in their daily routines
Promoting independence and personal development
Managing and de-escalating challenging situations calmly and professionally
Administering medication safely in line with care plans and company procedures
Maintaining clear, accurate records and reports
Supporting individuals with personal care when required
Encouraging engagement in social, leisure, and community-based activities
Working collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and other agencies
Candidate Requirements:

Proven experience working with adults with mental health conditions and challenging behaviour
Current, valid, and in-date CPI training certificate (this is essential for this role)
Experience in medication administration within a care setting
A minimum of 6 months experience working within a supported living environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage complex behaviours professionally
A caring, patient, and proactive attitude
