This is a fully remote job and can be based in Liverpool-Chester.
We have an exciting opportunity to work as a Field Service Technician, to support one of our most prestigious clients. As a Field Service Technician, you will provide vital repair services in retail environments within an assigned territory. You will be part of our customer facing technical teams.
Full product training is provided. Company vehicle and fuel card. Competitive salary with additional overtime at enhanced rates and standby payments.

Responsibilities
• Gains familiarity with Field Service Technician practices and procedures.
• Participates in assigned hardware and software trainings (on the job, classroom and web based).
• Utilizes Diebold Nixdorf’s diagnostic tools to perform troubleshooting.
• Performs hardware repairs and maintenance.
• Cleans and adjusts and configures components.
• Configures and installs applicable software.
• Performs routine checks according to documented procedures.
• Instructs and trains customers on usage and operation of installed hardware and software.
• Participates in the implementation of measures to achieve agreed KPIs.
• Assists with special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
• Education or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in any mobile engineering discipline.
• Ideally have worked providing one of the following IT, EPOS, Break Fix, Customer Support.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Full, clean UK driver’s license required.
