We are currently recruiting for a dedicated Careers Advisor on behalf of a Trust committed to improving student career pathways and outcomes. This is a key role aimed at supporting a positive school environment where ambition and career goals are discussed. This is a permanent, full-time position beginning from September 2025.
As the Careers Advisor you will be responsible for ensuring that pupils have access to high quality careers guidance and activities. The role will focus on arranging, conducting, and recording careers meetings, across all age groups, alongside supporting the Careers Leader with other careers related activities as required to support the strategic careers plan.
Key Requirements:
QCF level 6 Qualification in Careers Guidance and/or Diploma in Careers Guidance
Level 2/GCSE Grade 5 or above in mathematics or English or equivalent qual
Willing to undertake regular training and professional development as and when required
Previous experience in a similar role
