Summary
Morgan Hunt currently requires an Assistant Plumber for NHS based in Middlesex
Pay Rate: £16ph to 17ph Ltd
Hours: 37.5 hrs 8am to 16:30pm Mon to Thurs and 8am to 16:00pm Fri
Location: Middlesex
Duration 12 months on going contract
Suitable candidates must have full clean driving licence vehicle will be provided
Job description requirements
Carry out work activities which are both routine and non-routine.
Carry out new works, repairs and routine planned maintenance activities to mechanical and heating, hot and cold water plant, equipment and services.
Carry out reactive work requests, minor new installation requests and weekly planned preventative maintenance dockets efficiently.
Escort contractors carrying out inspections, installations
strictly adhere to the relevant policies and procedures, maintain tool lists and comply with Health and Safety and Security Regulations.
Qualification
City & Guilds part II or minimum NVQ Level 2 in plumbing, refrigeration or mechanical services
Water safety Training
Experience
Experience across the plumbing / ventilation trades or very keen to learn newly qualified Plumbers
Other requirements
Own tools & PPE
Ability to interact at all levels.
Flexibility and adaptability.
Computer literate
Work to deadlines and may be required at any London site
May be required to participate in the Department’s out of hours on call system
