What will this role entail?Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day to day running of the operation. You'll be someone who constantly offers support and guidance to your team, helping them deliver the best results possible. You will be responsible for team engagement, customer experiences, generating revenue and converting this revenue to profit.Key duties will include:Delivering a culture of exceptional customer service by coaching direct reports and encouraging them to drive service levelsMaking sure your presence is highly visible in all areas at peak trading periodsAssist the General/Operations Manager in ensuring that our customer experience is consistently delivered at each point in the customer journey (guiding, retail and food and beverage)Deliver an exceptional food and beverage offering, where quality and service is outstandingTake responsibility for the overall site performance in the absence of the General Manager and Operations ManagerSeek opportunities to recognise and appreciate those that go the extra mile or create amazing experiences for our customersConsistent delivery of the Longleat and Cheddar brand values, creating and leading a culture of exceptional customer serviceWhat will I need to be considered for this vacancy?
