Male Personal Assistant - Rossendale
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant to provide support to a little boy within his own home and within the local community.
As a Personal Assistant your duties will include supporting with activities both in and out of the home inc: swimming, cinema, using the local park and dog walking. Encouraging appropriate play and working within set routines.
We are looking for a caring, proactive and motivated individual with a passion for supporting others.
Previous experience of working with someone with ADHD and Autism is essential. A positive attitude, sense of fun and good work ethic is also essential. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A driver with a full clean license is required and must have access to own vehicle. Also liking dogs is essential.
DBS is required or will be paid by the employer if successful.
Hours of work: 5 hours per week – weekends and evening work – to be discussed at interview.
Rate of pay: £12.21 per hour.
5.6 weeks paid annual leave per year pro rata and workplace pension scheme.
