Remarkable Jobs are recruiting on behalf of our well-established client. We are seeking a Lettings Negotiator to join their successful and dynamic team based in Regents Park. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and enjoys meeting new people.

Lettings Negotiator Role:
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, conducting viewings, and matching tenants with their ideal home. You will play a key role in providing excellent service to both landlords and tenants while working to exceed targets.

Lettings Negotiator Key Responsibilities:

• Registering applicants and matching them to suitable rental properties

  
  

• Booking and conducting property viewings

  
  

• Negotiating terms between landlords and tenants

  
  

• Managing tenancy applications and referencing process

  
  

• Providing excellent customer service throughout the letting process

  
  

  What They Are Looking For:

  Essential:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    
    

  • Confident and target-driven attitude

    
    

  • Full UK driving licence and own car

    
    

    Desirable:

    • Knowledge of the local property market

      
      

    • ARLA qualification
