A fantastic and exciting opportunity has arisen for a strong and experienced Unit Manager to become part of our team at Ringway Mews.

As a Unit Manager you will be responsible for supporting the Home Manager with the day to day running of the home and will have a shared passion and commitment for delivering the highest standards of care to the residents.

As part of the Unit Manager's role, you will be capable of building lasting relationships with key professionals, colleagues, residents and their relatives and getting the most out of every member of our care team.

The successful applicant will:

Be a registered nurse and hold a current valid NMC pin
Have previous experience in a nursing home
Have strong clinical experience
Share an on-call rota with the Management team.
Share responsibility of managing key workers
Good Care Planning skills
Responsible for Pre-Admission assessments

This role would be for 44 hours per week and would be subject to the receipt of two satisfactory job references plus an enhanced disclosure and barring service (DBS) background check and may include covering occasional evenings, weekends, nights, bank holidays.
