Description
As a Car Park Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our parking facility while delivering exceptional customer service to our patrons. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily activities within the car park, which includes managing vehicle flow, assisting customers with their parking needs, and ensuring that our facility remains safe and secure at all times. You will be the first point of contact for customers entering the car park, so a friendly demeanor and a proactive approach are essential. You will also be responsible for maintaining organization within the parking area, monitoring for any unauthorized vehicles, and ensuring compliance with parking policies. By monitoring the car park during high-traffic times and ensuring efficient use of space, you will contribute to creating a positive experience for all customers. Additionally, you will handle any queries or concerns regarding the facility, providing information and directions as needed. Responsibilities
Manage vehicle entry and exit to ensure an orderly flow of traffic.
Assist customers with parking, providing directions to available spaces.
Monitor the car park for any unauthorized vehicles and report incidents.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area at all times.
Address customer inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
Ensure compliance with all parking regulations and safety protocols.
Conduct regular inspections of the parking facility to identify maintenance needs.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Familiarity with parking regulations and safety procedures is a plus.
Proficient in using basic computer systems and software for reporting.
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.

Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
