Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to departmental staff and management.
Manage and organize correspondence including emails, letters, and reports.
Maintain and update accurate records and databases as required.
Assist with the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations.
Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
Handle inquiries from internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures in all tasks.
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience with data entry and record-keeping.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Hours Per Week: 37.00
Start Time: 08:30
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £12.21
