**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced and passionate **Head Chef** to lead our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of traditional Indian cooking techniques, spices, and street food Flavors, with a special focus on both North and South Indian cuisines. You will be responsible for maintaining the quality and consistency of our dishes, managing kitchen operations, and creating new menu items that align with our brand.
**Responsibilities:**
1- **Menu Development**: Design, develop, and innovate the menu with a focus on authentic North and South Indian Street food dishes such as Dosa, Idly, Pav Bhaji, Pani Puri, Vada, Bhel Puri, and more.
- **Food Preparation**: Oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food to ensure the highest quality standards are met.
- **Team Leadership**: Manage, train, and mentor kitchen staff, ensuring a positive and efficient work environment.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor stock levels of ingredients, spices, and supplies; place orders with suppliers and manage inventory to reduce waste and control costs.
- **Kitchen Operations**: Ensure that all kitchen operations run smoothly, including food preparation, cooking times, and cleanliness.
- **Quality Control**: Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and sanitation in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Collaborate with the front-of-house team to understand customer feedback and make necessary adjustments to recipes and menu items.
- **Cost Management**: Monitor food costs, portion sizes, and kitchen expenses to maximize profitability without compromising quality.
- **Special Events & Catering**: Plan and execute catering services for special events, festivals, and private functions as required.

- **Experience**: specializing in Indian cuisine, with a strong focus on North and South Indian street food.
- **Culinary Skills**: Expert knowledge of Indian spices, herbs, and traditional cooking techniques, particularly for dishes like Dosa, Idly, Samosa, Biryaniand other regional specialties.
- **Leadership**: Proven experience in managing a kitchen team, with strong leadership and organizational skills.
- **Creativity**: Ability to innovate and create new dishes that align with our street food concept while maintaining authenticity.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with staff, suppliers, and customers.
