Crynodeb

We are looking for an Adult's Social Worker to join a Safeguarding Hub.

It is REQUIRED to have a Social Work Qualification with at least 2 years of post qualified experience

About the team

The team acts as a single point of access for any adult safeguarding referrals received by the Local Authority. Additionally, they will be responsible for screening incoming concerns, coordinating provider led safeguarding responses and addressing organisational safeguarding matters. As well as this, the team ensures that all responses are proportionate and in accordance with current legislative frameworks to effectively support adults at risk.

About you

Experience working within a MASH, Front Door or community based role lends best to the success of this role. A degree within Social Work (Degree/ DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of 2 years post qualified experience is essential. A valid UK driving licence and vehicle are essential to be considered.
