Marketing Account Manager
Due to continued growth in the K3 Group Marketing Department, we are recruiting for a Marketing Account Manager our join our busy
team.
K3 Capital Group is a PE backed professional services business with 20 brands across multiple locations. As the Marketing Account
Manager, you will develop close working relationships with key stakeholders across the Group and manage internal teams to provide
creative marketing solutions across various platforms and channels. The key service offering of the internal team includes the
management of email and direct mail campaigns, socials, PR, branding, content and design.
Key Responsibilities:
* Mentor, develop and motivate account teams including copywriters, graphic designers and direct marketing campaign teams.
* Manage resource and workload of the central marketing team.
* Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders of each brand
* Oversee the provision of high-quality creative briefs, idea generation and campaign execution across multiple platforms
Knowledge and Experience:
* Proven track record of managing client portfolios in an agency environment. Preferably with 3+ years in a similar role managing
creative teams
* Experience working in creative, digital or copywriting.
* Proven leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent organisational skills
* Strong attention to detail and confident decision-making skills
We are seeking an experience Marketing Professional, happy to work mainly remotely, with travel into either our HQ in Bolton of
Northern hub in Manchester at least once a week (travel to other offices may be required, but will be fully expensed). This is a
brand new role and represents an exciting opportunity within our growing, dynamic business.
