Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing support, guidance, and coaching to achieve both team and individual sales targets.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to our diverse product range including clothes, perfumes, and other lifestyle items.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by building and nurturing relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to craft targeted sales plans and promotional campaigns.
Collaborate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure timely restocking and product availability.
Deliver accurate and insightful sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management with actionable recommendations.
Requirements
Proven experience in a retail supervisory or team lead role, preferably in fashion or cosmetics.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer service standards, and team motivation.
Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions to boost sales.
