We have positions available in Leicestershire and North West Leicestershire
(Coalville, Measham, and Hugglescote)
You will be working to support adults with learning disabilities, autism and/or mental
health issues, on a 24 hour basis in the client's own home and during activities within the community.
Our company mission is to support our clients to live their life as fulfilled and
independent as possible.
Staffing ratios 1:1, 2:1 and 3:1 depending on each client's needs
Waking night shifts 8pm – 8am
Sleeping night shifts 10pm – 8am
Long days 7am - 10pm
Sleep shifts paid at £60.00 per night (10pm-7am)
Waking nights paid at standard hourly day rate
Minimum part time hours : 24
Minimum full time hours: 36
Starting and standard pay is £12.21 an hour
ESSENTIAL:
Must be Caring, compassionate and committed to delivering the highest standards
of care.
Must be able to follow and contribute to client care plans, to include risk
assessment, positive behaviour plans, communication passports and sensory
arousal ladders. Must be ok with carrying out personal care duties.
Must be able to write accurate and extremely detailed case records
Full training programme offered including: In-house training, online training portal,
PMVA - physical intervention and breakaway techniques, mental capacity and
deprivation of liberty training. First Aid and food safety training is also included.
