About The Role
Unity Care Solutions is looking to appoint a kind, compassionate, and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to provide care and support for one of our wonderful clients based in Ashford.
You will work with our client and their family within the comfort of their own home to ensure they are able to achieve the highest possible quality of life each and every day.
We are particularly interested in hearing from people with experience in one or more of the following:
· Seizure Management
· Acquired Brain Injury
· Medication Administration
· Other complex healthcare support

About You
Whilst you may not have experience in all of the above care skills, you will be able to demonstrate a caring and compassionate approach towards others, and a natural ability to build positive relationships with those around you.
You will be committed to working in the best interests of the individual(s) you are supporting, diligently working to maintain their health, safety, and wellbeing in accordance with the prescribed needs in their care plans.
Whilst not essential, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle would be an advantage.

We are required to obtain an Enhanced DBS as part of your application, therefore disclosure of any relevant convictions during the application process is necessary.
