About The Role
We have a range of Healthcare Assistant vacancies available across our network of care locations in Dover and the surrounding area, and are seeking kind and compassionate individuals to provide care and support to the children and vulnerable adults supported by the company.
You will work with a range of our clients and their families within the comfort of their own home, as well as support them in educational and community-based settings, to ensure they are able to achieve the highest possible quality of life each and every day.
We are particularly interested in hearing from people with experience in one or more of the following:
· Tracheostomy management
· Ventilator care
· Enteral feeding
· Deep suctioning
· Epilepsy management
· Manual handling
· Personal care
· Learning disabilities
· Challenging behaviour
· Medication administration
· Other advanced medical conditions

About You
Whilst you may not have experience in all of the above care skills, you will be able to demonstrate a caring and compassionate approach towards others, and a natural ability to build positive relationships with those around you.
You will be committed to working in the best interests of the individual(s) you are supporting, diligently working to maintain their health, safety, and wellbeing in accordance with the prescribed needs in their care plans.
Whilst not essential, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle would be an advantage.
Please note that we are unable to offer visa sponsorship, therefore it is essential that applicants hold the right to work in the UK.
We are required to obtain an Enhanced DBS as part of your application, therefore disclosure of any relevant convictions during the application process is necessary.
