We're hiring friendly and customer-oriented individuals for Bar Staff and Front of House positions at our charming country pub and live music venue. Your primary goal is to deliver exceptional service to patrons, creating memorable experiences.
What we are looking for
Full permanent staff
Previous bar experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Someone who is adaptable, dependable and can handle a family packed Sunday roast shift just as easily as a band night.
The Role
Welcome and serve customers with a warm demeanour.
Take drink orders accurately and promptly.
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages.
Maintain a well-stocked and organised bar area.
Provide excellent customer service throughout their visit.
Assist with event setup and coordination.
Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately.
Maintain venue cleanliness and hygiene.
What’s in it for you?
Competitive pay of up to £12.50 per hour
Depending on the role and hours worked, in our core Spring/Summer months, our Bar Staff have earnt up to £400 in service charge per month. Whilst service charge varies, in the summer.

Contracts Available: 0-hour contract, immediate start or a Fixed-Term, Seasonal/Summer Contract – May/June Start Dates with contracts ending in September/October.
Duties and Responsibilities
Previous bar or front of house experience preferred but not mandatory.
Strong communication skills and a friendly personality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Passion for music and entertainment is a plus.
Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
