We are recruiting a Specialist Project Worker Gender Specific Women's Project to join a brand-new, forward-thinking team supporting women with multiple disadvantages, including homelessness, mental health issues, or substance misuse through a gender-specific, trauma-informed approach. About the Job:

Working within a dedicated team of five, you'll help shape a person-centred support service in a psychologically informed environment. This is a unique opportunity to be part of something powerful and impactful from day one.

- Build trusted, empowering relationships with women in supported accommodation

- Deliver personalised support and recovery-focused plans

- Provide intensive housing management and welfare advocacy

- Lead co-produced group activities and community-based support

- Liaise with partner agencies and professionals as part of a multi-agency model

- Mentor peers and contribute to the development of best practices

About you:

- A trauma-informed approach and minimum 2 years' experience with complex needs

- Strong safeguarding knowledge and confident working autonomously

- Ability to advocate and empower women through rights-based support

- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, Housing, IAG—or equivalent (desirable)

- Patience, flexibility, and emotional resilience

- Willingness to work some evenings and weekends
