Job Duties:

• Receive, inspect, and store all incoming materials
• Keep accurate records of all stock movements
• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
• Ensure all stock is stored safely and securely
• Perform regular stock checks and report any discrepancies
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience working in a warehouse or stores environment
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail

Education:

GCSEs or equivalent qualifications

Experience:

Previous experience in a stores operative role

Knowledge and Skills:

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Ability to use warehouse management systems
• Basic computer skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Forklift truck licence
• First aid certification

Working Conditions:

• Fast-paced warehouse environment
• Physical work involving lifting and carrying heavy items
• Potential exposure to loud noises and fumes
