Crynodeb
We are looking for Support Workers to join the team at a Day Service for Learning Disabilities based in Wallingford, the role is working Monday to Friday 9:00-16:00 the salary is £23500, this is a very fun and highly rewarding role with many benefits.
There is no experince required for the role however if you have a background in care or support that would be fantastic. You must be a committed friendly and flexible, honest and reliable! You will need to be a people person - being fun, motivated and flexible in approach. In return you will be provided with with a enjoyable, rewarding and vibrant place to work, making a real difference to lives of the people supported and their families.
Ideally, you’ll have a background in care or working with people with specific additional requirements, but we’re more interested in hearing from people who really want to make a difference to people’s lives. Full training and induction will be provided to staff . You must have a positive and professional attitude.
