You’ll…
Provide support to the college IT technicians, at peak times of the academic year
Efficiently use a variety of college IT systems and mainstream IT packages such Microsoft Office.
Effectively deal with enquiries from staff, students and visitors, either in person, via helpdesk or telephone.
Liaise with college staff as required.
Please note there are no guaranteed weekly hours for this position.
