We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established nursery setting in Bristol BS15, part of a nationally recognised childcare group. They’re looking for an enthusiastic, caring, and qualified Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or above in Early Years) to join their passionate team.

What You'll Be Doing:
Deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning and play experiences
Act as a key carer for a group of children, ensuring their development and well-being
Maintain high-quality standards of care and learning in line with EYFS guidelines
Support the Room Leader with daily room routines and management
Mentor unqualified staff and support students
Contribute to a warm, stimulating, and safe nursery environment
Build strong relationships with parents, children, and the wider team
About You:
Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years
Passionate about childcare and early development
A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, nurturing, and proactive in your approach
Committed to safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare
