About Nesavaali
Nesavaali is a fusion fashion house rooted in storytelling, artisanal craft, and conscious luxury. We blend Indian heritage with modern silhouettes and soulful brand-building. Our mission is to empower both artisans and the creative community through fashion that has depth, beauty, and meaning.
We’re now seeking a creative strategist and digital storyteller who can help take our content, marketing, PR, and performance to the next level — not as a full-time employee, but as a deeply embedded creative partner.
This is a unique freelance opportunity for someone who is:
• Hungry to make an impact
• Craving a platform to express their vision
• Looking for part-time work with full-time heart
• Excited to work hands-on with a brand that celebrates storytelling, visibility, and community

The Role
This is a part-time freelance contract role, ideally 1–2 days per week on-site in Southend, plus quarterly filming days. You will be responsible for leading our brand presence across all digital platforms, press & media, and performance marketing. You will own weekly execution and monthly impact.
We work in 90-day cycles, and you will contribute actively to the strategy, content creation, press engagement, and digital performance. This is a hands-on role with clear responsibilities around digital growth, campaign storytelling, and brand visibility.

You will also:
• Use our CRM to manage, schedule, track, and report on all work
• Attend weekly meetings onsite and quarterly 2-day filming schedules
• Be camera-ready for weekly 30-minute Instagram Lives and BTS content capture
• Organise shoot logistics when required (props, backdrops, stylised layouts, etc.)
• Report social and ad performance weekly, with actionable insights
• Strategise across all platforms (Meta, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts, Google)
• Collaborate joyfully with our internal and freelance creative team
• Follow up on all PR and campaign opportunities in alignment with Shangami’s personal brand and press strategy
Weekly Structure (Example Breakdown)
• 1 day/week: Strategy review, campaign planning, performance tracking
• 1 day/week: PR outreach, press follow-ups, personal branding tasks
• 1 day/fortnight: Meta + Google Ads creative briefing and performance coordination
• 2 days every 3 months: Full support during content filming days
• Monthly wrap-up: Reports + upcoming month scheduling
• Responsive availability (within 24 hrs) for time-sensitive PR/media queries
Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain PR/media contact list; initiate outreach for local/national press
• Schedule content and manage publishing calendars using CRM tools
• Monitor social and ad performance, test, and report results
• Collaborate with videographers, stylists, models, and photographers for shoot days
• Organise shoot setup (props, locations, backdrops, style boards)
• Write or brief performance content and assets for Meta Ads, Google PPC
• Contribute to podcast, email, and campaign ideas where relevant
• Manage creative content across all platforms

Ideal Candidate Profile
• 2–3 years of experience in content creation, PR, digital marketing or brand strategy
• Emotionally intelligent and collaborative
• On-trend, brand-savvy, and values slow fashion and soulful marketing
• Camera-confident and presentable for lives, interviews, or press features
• Willing to be on-site weekly and attend shoots in Southend
• Has used performance tools and understands Meta & Google Ads basics
• Able to test, measure, and adapt based on real-time results
• Confident using AI tools and visual automation platforms

What We Offer
• £150–£200 per day (depending on experience)
• Brand platform exposure across social, podcast, and live features
• Creative autonomy and full inclusion in content planning and strategy
• CRM system to manage work with transparency and ease
• Real opportunities to grow a personal brand through Nesavaali visibility
• Joy outings, seasonal perks, and participation in brand awareness events
• An emotionally intelligent, high-energy, collaborative culture

Company Culture
At Nesavaali, culture is everything. We are a high-trust, high-energy fashion house built on clarity, creativity, and care. We work with purpose, lead with empathy, and celebrate bold ideas. Our team thrives on ownership, collaboration, and soulful storytelling — with no room for ego, gossip, or half-effort. From Creative Hack Days to Legacy Awards, we honour people who show up with heart, grow with intention, and help build something timeless and bigger picture — with real input, real support, and real recognition. Your growth matters to us as much as the brand’s.

2. Your portfolio/links of past work (brand pages, campaigns, social strategy, PR mentions)
3. One clear example of a time you helped a brand grow (content, ads, or press)
