What you'll be doing:

· Providing one-to-one or small group support for pupils with special educational needs

· Assisting in the delivery of personalised learning plans and interventions

· Promoting an inclusive, nurturing, and supportive learning environment

· Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external specialists to meet individual needs

· Monitoring and reporting on pupil progress and emotional well-being



What we're looking for:

· Relevant TA qualification (Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning) or equivalent experience

· A genuine passion for supporting children with special educational needs

· Patience, adaptability, and a nurturing approach to individual learning needs



Safeguarding

At Schools Mutual Services, we regard safeguarding as a top priority. All staff must have a valid Enhanced Child Workforce DBS or be willing to undergo the application process through ourselves. We also require valid education safeguarding; we provide this completely for free.
