A Vacancy at Barking Havering and Redbridge Univ Hospitals NHS Trust.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our team at Barking, Havering & Redbridge University Hospitals Trust. The Cardio-Respiratory Units are friendly, busy and rapidly expanding diagnostic units. We offer a wide range of investigations to the Trust including resting ECGs, 24 hour ECG and BP monitoring, Event Recording, Transthoracic, Transoesophageal and Stress Echocardiography, Pacemaker follow-up and Lung Function Testing. We have recently opened a Community Diagnostic Centre at our Barking Hospital site and are soon to open a CDC at St Georges Hospital in Hornchurch, which will provide a range of diagnostics in the community setting.

We are looking for a forward thinking, enthusiastic individual to join a dedicated team of professionals working to the highest quality standards.

You should be appropriately qualified, have a highly specialist standard, experience at a senior grade and be able to independently perform, interpret and report Echocardiograms. You should possess BSE Adult Transthoracic Accreditation or equivalent.

We would consider an applicant that does not have BSE qualification, however they would still be required to have Echo experience and maybe recruit as a Band 6 until Band 7 competencies met.
