Humbercare Ltd is seeking a proactive and detail-driven Utilities Officer to support the delivery of efficient, compliant, and value-for-money utility services across our property portfolio.
You’ll work closely with the Utilities Lead and housing teams to manage utility accounts, monitor usage, resolve billing issues, and ensure all meters are compliant and ready for use.
Key Responsibilities:
Support with meter management, account setup, and utility queries
Monitor and analyse energy usage across properties
Help resolve billing errors and maintain accurate records
Assist with utility compliance and reporting
What We’re Looking For:
Strong admin and organisational skills
Experience working within utility services, property management and compliance
Confidence handling data and liaising with suppliers
Commitment to compliance, efficiency, and great service
Full UK Driving licence and access to transport
Salary - £13,104 per annum
