What We’re Looking For:
A well-rounded accounting professional with experience in a busy, high-volume finance environment
Strong understanding of accounting processes and monthly reporting cycles
Proficient in Xero, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and ideally familiar with PLEO, STRIPE, Approval Max, GoCardless, and invoice finance platforms
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a methodical approach
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and capable of managing deadlines and multiple tasks effectively
A collaborative and proactive team player who enjoys improving processes and driving efficiencies
