Summary
You'd be joining a team consists of 12 people who run all aspects of production from weighing ingredients through mixing, baking, chocolate work, and packing. Working days are Monday - Friday, 6am till 2pm, or 2pm till 10pm with occassional over-time available. Once established on one of the two shifts, you remain there (no chopping and changing your working hours)
Its a production-line type environment, but on a small scale where the roles can vary and there are opportunities to learn new skills and advance. No specific previous experience is needed, but previous jobs in catering, foodservice or food manufacture would be beneficial.
Our starting rate is £12.60 / hour (we pay the Real Living Wage), with opportunities to increase that as you gain additional skills and responsibilities.
