YOUR ROLE
This role serves as the linchpin in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of reward and benefits activities across KN UK. It involves delivering precise and succinct information-including statistical analysis and cost assessments-that empowers key stakeholders to make well-informed, data-driven decisions. Additionally, the role collaborates closely with the global Total Rewards team, sharing best practices with other countries and ensuring that any global initiatives are seamlessly implemented within the UK. The role holder must have a keen awareness of organisational variations, particularly concerning TUPE contracts, in order to provide appropriate support and guidance. Moreover, they must understand the UK's unique challenges and effectively relay these insights to the global Total Rewards team.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and support the annual salary review (ASR) for management, support, and operational colleagues, ensuring accurate data and timely pay reviews.
- Maintain and update the MyRewards system and Route2Rewards platform, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Oversee the annual renewal process for Private Medical Insurance (PMI), liaising with suppliers and providing precise cost data to payroll and finance.
- Ensure legal compliance for Gender Pay Gap reporting, conducting data analysis, collaborating with stakeholders, and publishing accurate reports.
- Support the Head of Total Rewards with annual bonus reviews, salary benchmarking, and life assurance analysis.
- Review and enhance reward-related policies, procedures, and people metrics to improve efficiency and organisational alignment.
- Conduct regular audits on HR, company car, and life assurance data while providing payroll, finance, and tender teams with essential cost insights.
- Lead and support Total Rewards projects, advise colleagues on benefits, and manage the Death in Service process with empathy and efficiency.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
- Possess administrative experience in a data-focused role within HR or Reward environments.
- Deliver excellent customer service with strong interpersonal skills.
- Have advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly in Excel, to analyse large datasets and identify trends.
- Interpret complex data with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Demonstrate strong organisational and prioritisation skills to meet key deadlines.
- Communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally, across all levels.
- Handle sensitive information with professionalism, empathy, and resilience, even under pressure.
