Day Rate: £13/hour | Waking Nights: £13.75/hour
Location: Bristol
Are you a compassionate and experienced support worker with a passion for making a real difference in people's lives? We're looking for someone special to join our dedicated team in Bristol, supporting individuals with complex learning disabilities and those on the autistic spectrum.
What we're looking for:
Experience working with complex needs or autism
A genuine, caring attitude and strong communication skills
A full driving licence is essential
Your role will include:
- Supporting individuals to live fulfilling and independent lives
- Providing personal care and emotional support
- Working both day shifts and waking nights as needed
