Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute sales strategy across the UK and Ireland
- Lead business development and market penetration initiatives
- Coach and develop teams in customer-focused and agile practices
- Identify and pursue new growth opportunities
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
- Build and manage long-term client relationships
- Oversee sales processes and coordinate with technical teams
- Support the preparation of competitive proposals and bids
- Negotiate commercial contracts with legal support
- Manage internal approval workflows and compliance
- Mentor cross-functional project teams to ensure delivery excellence
