Summary
We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Sign Graphic Designer & Production Lead to oversee the design and production of high-quality signage and graphics. This dual role requires both artistic design expertise and hands-on production knowledge, ensuring that all projects are delivered with precision, consistency, and visual impact. You’ll take the lead on turning client briefs into compelling visual concepts and managing the workflow through to finished product.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design signage layouts using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Signlab).
• Create artwork for a range of signage solutions including shop signs, vehicle wraps, window graphics, banners, interior displays, and more.
• Prepare artwork for vinyl cutting as. digital printing.
• Manage and prioritise the daily production schedule in coordination with the team.
• Operate and maintain print production equipment including wide-format printers, vinyl plotters, and laminators.
• Ensure artwork is technically correct, print-ready, and consistent with brand and client guidelines.
• Quality-check all output for accuracy, alignment, and finish.
• Work closely with installers and clients to ensure the final product matches the design intent.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a sign designer and in signage production processes.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and signage-specific design software.
• Strong knowledge of vinyl application, large-format printing, and sign materials.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills.
• A strong eye for detail, layout, typography, and color.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
• Hands-on experience with sign-making machinery and tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
