We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sign Fitter and Vinyl Graphics Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the production and installation of various signage types, including vinyl graphics, vehicle wraps, interior and exterior signs, and large-format graphics. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
• Install a variety of signs including vinyl graphics, illuminated signs, fascia signs, wall wraps, vehicle graphics, window graphics, and wayfinding signage.
• Accurately measure and apply vinyl to a variety of surfaces including vehicles, windows, walls, and sign panels.
• Assist in the preparation and assembly of signage in the workshop before installation.
• Operate tools and machinery such as vinyl plotters, laminators, drills, and saws.
• Work both independently and as part of a team on site and in the workshop.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and site plans.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace in a clean and orderly manner.
• Ensure installations are completed safely and in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Liaise professionally with clients on-site to ensure satisfaction with the final product.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in sign fitting and vinyl application.
• Strong understanding of sign production and installation techniques.
• Proficient with hand tools and workshop machinery.
• Good eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Comfortable working at heights and using access equipment (IPAF/PASMA certification is a plus).
• Full clean driving license (essential).
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel to various job sites as needed.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Team player with a proactive and responsible attitude.
