Summary
We wish to appoint a highly motivated, well organised and hardworking Support Officer for a part time role within the busy Revenues and Benefits service.
External candidates applying for this post you must be a Rochdale Resident who lives within the municipal boundaries of the Borough of Rochdale.
Salary: £24,790 to £25,183 per annum, pro rata.
We are looking for a candidate who can work efficiently to undertake a range of clerical duties for all areas of the Revenues & Benefits Support Team.
Duties will include
- Sorting, distributing and processing of incoming and outgoing post and e-mail.
- Taking and responding to telephone queries
- Processing of all cheques received into RMBC
- Assist with the recording and maintaining of internal records.
- To scan and index a range of documentation onto the document management system.
- Using ICT systems to completing your duties, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
