You will: Carry out psychiatric assessments in a variety of settings working flexibly with other members of the Team Maintain the medical/psychiatric management of service users referred and accepted by the Team Be responsible for the day to day psychiatric and medical care of patients under the care of the consultant Liaise with other agencies and participate in Care Programme Approach meetings for individual clients, participating in care management reviews for clients and carers Maintain accurate, up to date records and notes Participate in local audit and educational and training activities Undertake other duties as may reasonably be required from time to time, that are consistent with the grade and responsibility of the post We recruit people based on their values and qualifications (where required) and believe that their lived experience is an advantage, this means that together we are as diverse as the communities we care for.
