First point of contact for facilities support in your region
Escalate urgent health & safety or business-critical issues
Ensure timely contractor visits & follow up on resolutions
Coordinate emergency 3-hour call-outs, keeping all stakeholders informed
Support regional engineers & build relationships with site managers
Review & approve quotations based on maintenance budgets
Handle asset management for catering equipment
Manage support centre emails & calls efficiently
What You Bring to the Team:Experience in facilities maintenance/helpdesk (ProNett is a plus)
A calm, level-headed approach & problem-solving skills
Strong communication, teamwork & decision-making abilities
