Our client is seeking a highly experienced Tekla Structures Detailer to join their team. In this role, you'll be responsible for producing accurate and efficient 3D steel detailing models and drawings using Tekla Structures for a range of structural and miscellaneous steel projects.
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage 3D models in Tekla Structures.
- Produce detailed shop drawings, erection drawings, and material lists.
- Collaborate closely with Fabricators, Engineers, and Project Managers to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate and communicate revisions and updates.
- Ensure all models and drawings comply with relevant codes and client specifications.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Tekla Structures (minimum 2 years required; 3+ years preferred).
- Strong understanding of structural and miscellaneous steel detailing.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
- Experience working with small teams or in a family business environment is a plus.
