a dynamic Executive Assistant to join our Executive Support Team and provide first-class support to our Group Leadership Team
(GLT).

This is more than a diary management role - it’s your chance to work at the heart of a forward-thinking organisation, where your
expertise will directly support strategic decision-making and help shape the future of social impact across the North West.

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Own the diaries and day-to-day support of senior leaders with confidence and precision
* Coordinate high-level meetings, travel and events, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
* Draft, prepare and coordinate key reports, presentations and meeting documents
* Utilise tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot and Teams to streamline tasks and enhance productivity
* Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling sensitive communications with professionalism
* Support the Executive Support Team with administrative tasks including purchase orders, expenses and credit card reconciliation
* Help deliver special projects, initiatives and organisational improvements

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant in a complex or senior-level setting
* Exceptional organisational, communication and IT skills (MS Office, Teams, Copilot)
* A calm, flexible, and solutions-focused attitude - someone who can pivot quickly and prioritise effectively
* Confidence when dealing with senior leaders, external partners, and confidential matters
* A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, but can also work independently
* A self-starter who is passionate about continuous improvement and providing top-tier support

* A competency-based interview to assess your skills and experience.
