As part of their expansion, they're recruiting a Photocopier Engineer, to join their dynamic team!
Key Responsibilities:
Service, maintenance and networking of MFDs / Photocopiers.
Supporting customers and other engineers throughout the region.
Dealing with call outs for fault finding and repairs.
Providing an exceptional customer service.
Key Criteria:
It is essential you are currently an engineer working on MFD/Photocopier devices
Good IT / Networking skills
Excellent communication skills dealing with clients at all levels
Great time management and ability to work under pressure
Manufacturer trained on any of the following machines: Konica Minolta, Kyocera, Lexmark, Epson.
Experience on IT solutions (Papercut or similar)
