Are you an experienced leader with a passion for operational excellence and team development? We are seeking a highly motivated
Regional Manager to oversee our Scotland operations within a leading UK water hygiene and legionella control company. Based out of
our Coatbridge office, you will play a pivotal role in driving business performance, ensuring compliance with health & safety
standards, and delivering exceptional service to our clients across multiple sectors.
This is a key leadership position that combines strategic oversight with hands-on operational management, offering an exciting
opportunity for someone with strong commercial acumen, industry knowledge, and the ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary
teams.
What's the role?
* Lead and manage the account management and operational performance of the Scotland branch, ensuring delivery of high-quality
water hygiene and legionella control services.
* Drive business growth through effective management of local and national contracts whilst developing new opportunities.
* Lead, mentor, and support the regional team of management, supervisors, engineers and office roles to achieve KPIs and service
excellence.
* Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute regional business strategies aligned with the business plan.
* Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to ensure profitability.
* Maintain strong client relationships, addressing service issues promptly and professionally.
* Conduct regular site visits and audits to ensure quality assurance and adherence to operational procedures.
* Oversee recruitment, training and ongoing development of the regional team.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation, industry regulations and internal quality standards.
* Produce and present regional performance reports to senior management.
What you’ll need:
* Proven experience in a leadership or regional management role within the water hygiene, legionella control, or environmental
services industry.
* Strong understanding of ACoP L8 and other relevant compliance and health and safety standards.
* Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop multidisciplinary teams.
* Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, financial targets, and operational performance.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects across a the
region.
* Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Scotland to other regional offices within the business, where
necessary.
* IT literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/reporting systems.
