What you’ll be doing
- To collect, wash and replace dirty ceramics etc throughout the building.
- Maintain cleanliness of pot wash/dishwash areas
- Ensure all food storage areas maintained in a clean and safe manner
- Ensure the chemical store and disposables area are kept in a clean and safe manner
- To maintain the essentials of food hygiene
- Keep diligent records as required
- Follow food hygiene and safety procedures in line with health and safety requirements
- Undertake relevant training and attend meetings as required
- Follow all QEMS procedures as directed
Experience
- No previous experience required but 1-2 years within food services or retail environment desirable
- Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate
- A confident, flexible team player
