Your role and responsibilities will be defined by your employer, Cherrytowns Nursery, which will provide on-the-job training and incorporate 20% off-the-job learning into your workday. You’ll work towards the Level 2 Early Years Practitioner apprenticeship.
Training is delivered by Realise, Cherrytowns Nursery's dedicated provider.
Qualifications required

Skills required
* Willingness to learn and develop
* Able to share a success story or something you are proud of
* Fluent in written and spoken English
* Can discuss what would be harmful to a child and maybe a safeguarding concern
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Room Leader: Oversee a specific room in the nursery, leading activities and ensuring children's well-being and development. You'll also mentor team members.
