Salary: £85-£110 dependent experience

TeacherActive, one of the UK’s leading education recruitment agencies, is currently looking for committed and compassionate SEN Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work in a range of Primary Schools across Tower Hamlets. You’ll play a key role in supporting pupils with diverse needs such as ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and SEMH on a one-to-one or small group basis.
Whether you’re experienced in SEN support or looking to build your career in education, we’d love to hear from you.
What we’re looking for:
• Experience working with children with SEN (in schools or alternative settings)
• A nurturing, calm, and resilient approach to support
• Ability to adapt support strategies to meet individual pupil needs
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
• A valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
