An exciting opportunity has come up to join the team at Rookery Gardens, you

will provide general administrative support for Rookery Gardens, being responsible for dealing with enquiries and correspondence for Rookery Gardens, the maintenance of up-to-date Patient Records, and liaison with Finance in relation to patient's monies and the recording and arranging for the safe keeping of patient's valuables.

The post holder will also be responsible for the filing of reports and correspondence in the patient records, the inputting and updating into Rio (patient administration system) the patient's activity for Rookery Gardens.

To Provide admin support for the Rookery Gardens Team, in a patient facing role, you will work within a small team based within the Ardenleigh Grounds in Erdington. and will be completing daily task in line with the administration role. you will need to have Experience in dealing with a range of disciplines and agencies, dealing with sensitive situations, have A good working and technical knowledge of Microsoft IT software packages which includes word, excel, PowerPoint, Experience of communicating with service users, carers, families, police, and others, with particular reference to clear articulation of the purpose and function of recovery. An understanding and working knowledge of NHS and Trust policies, guidance and good practice , Working knowledge of Data Protection Act and Information Governance
