This lovely family based in Watford, Hertfordshire, is looking for a Part-time Nanny to care for their baby and school-aged child on a permanent basis. The role includes all general nanny duties, such as preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks tailored to the children’s needs. The family has one small dog, so being pet-friendly is essential. A valid first-aid qualification is required for this position.
Working hours: Monday and Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (flexible)
Duties include:
Assisting with nappy changes and preparing bottles for the infant
Bathing and ensuring proper hygiene for all children
Providing attentive care to ensure the children’s safety, well-being, and developmental needs
Engaging the children in interactive play, age-appropriate educational activities, and outdoor outings such as park visits
Encouraging early literacy through reading and storytelling
Establishing and maintaining consistent routines to support structure and healthy habits
Keeping the children's bedrooms and play areas clean, organised, and tidy
Preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks suited to the children's needs
Comfortable with a small, allergy-friendly dog in the household
