Job Title: CNC Turner Setter
Location: West Byfleet
Pay: £33,000 - £35,000
Hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, 7:00am3:30pm
Flexitime: Available for start and finish times

A well-established precision engineering firm is seeking a skilled CNC Turner Setter to join their team. This is a great opportunity to join a stable, forward-thinking company with a strong reputation for quality and investment in the latest technology.
The Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and/or programming a DMG Mori CNC lathe with Fanuc controls, producing high-precision components for a variety of sectors. Depending on your experience, you will be involved in programming, setting, or both.
Key Responsibilities:
⦁ Set and operate a CNC lathe (DMG Mori) using Fanuc controls
⦁ Interpret technical drawings and specifications
⦁ Carry out quality checks using appropriate measuring equipment
⦁ Ensure parts are machined to tight tolerances
⦁ Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient working environment
Requirements:
⦁ Previous experience in a CNC turning role
⦁ Skilled in Fanuc controls programming experience desirable
⦁ Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
⦁ Experience with precision components and close tolerances
⦁ Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and team-oriented attitude
