Pinnacle Group is looking for a dedicated Industrial Factory Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness in our manufacturing industrial site. You will be joining our B2B Specialist Industrial Cleaning Team based in Rocester, Staffordshire, ST14.
Your role will involve cleaning a manufacturing site including:- industrial equipment, floors, and work areas, as well as handling specialised cleaning tasks. You will need to be detail-oriented, physically fit, and capable of working with heavy-duty cleaning equipment and chemicals.
We are offering a Permanent Contract x 37.5 hours per week working Wednesday / Thursday / Friday 7am-4pm & Saturday / Sunday – 6am-12pm

Key responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning of the paint booths & potential toilets
- High-level cleaning using machinery including scrubber
- Attending to machine cleans.
- Quick response to client requests.
- Must be physically fit due to the nature of the job.
- Operate industrial cleaning equipment and materials in accordance with health & safety and COSHH regulations.
Key requirements will include :
- Transport essential for early starts at the weekend**
- Experience in cleaning services and cleaning equipment.
- Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative.
- Experience with working to tight schedules.
